What is telehealth?
Telehealth uses electronic information and telecommunication technologies to provide or enhance medical care, regardless of the physical distance between health care providers and patients.
Our priority at IECH is helping you fulfill your dream. That is why we have adapted our services to the new circumstances, so that we can keep providing you with the proper care.
We would like to share with you the way in which we can proceed with your first appointments. The aim is to use time wisely and make sure that your visit to our facilities is quick and safe.

1. Online appointment
This video call with one of our specialists will last approximately 30 minutes. During this appointment, the couple’s medical history will be determined.
2. Face-to-face appointment
Consultation with the specialist physician. Clinical tests will be performed, and administrative processes will be reviewed with a fertility advisor. This visit will last approximately three hours.
We recommend scheduling the in-person appointment early in the morning, so that we can deliver the laboratory test results on the same day.
3. Patient service via WhatsApp / web chat
To follow up on the process, fertility advisors are available during business hours via chat.
4. Home delivery service
We send medicine to your home that complements your treatment.
